Breeder of Australian Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Karlene G., the breeder behind Jewel Aussies located in Hattiesburg, MS. My focus is on excellence in every aspect of my breeding program. I offer top-quality Australian Shepherds for show and pet homes. I produce pups that have the ability to excel in their chosen field, whether that be working, showing, or as an active companion. I take pride in my pups and breeding program.

Q. & A. with Karlene

  • Why did you start breeding?

I decided to start a responsible, in-home breeding program in order to produce quality working dogs that also fit into a home setting. When breeding, I work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded puppies that can make other families and individuals just as happy as my dogs have made me!
  • What makes your program special?

My dogs and puppies are considered members of my family, and they get the best care I can possibly provide. I spend lots of time with my puppies and enjoy training and socializing them so that they will be best prepared for their new lives with their forever families.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
