I'm Kayla P., the breeder behind JK Kennel located in Hope, AR. Our dogs are our beloved companions. We care deeply about this breed and are proud to be responsible Dachshund breeders. Our dogs and puppies are raised in our home and are loved as family. We spend countless hours with each of our litters, socializing and caring for our puppies to prepare them for their forever homes. We truly love our puppies and know you will, too!

Why did you start breeding?
Our love for Dachshunds inspired us to start breeding in 2018. We wanted to preserve the breed’s wonderful temperament while raising healthy puppies in a home environment. We take pride in helping families find lifelong companions and enjoy staying connected with our puppy families long after they go home.
What makes your program special?
Our puppies are raised in our home with daily socialization and plenty of love. We prioritize health, temperament, and breed quality while providing excellent care from birth until they leave for their new families. We also assist with transportation when needed and are committed to supporting our puppy owners throughout their dog’s life.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include piebald, red, fawn (isabella), fawn (isabella) and cream, chocolate and tan, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Kayla has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kayla partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $1,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price differs depending on sex/color. All puppies come with 1st shots and wormings, vet checked, new puppy packet! I can help arrange for transportation as well! $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your puppy!”
