Meet the breeder

I'm Tiffany H., the breeder behind JnT's Bluegrass Mini Aussies located in Owensboro, KY. The first few weeks of a dog’s life are critical for their development, so we raise our puppies with lots of group and individual attention, plus the best socialization and care that we can provide! We want each of our puppies to be prepared for their new lives in their forever homes.

Q. & A. with Tiffany

  • Why did you start breeding?

We fell in love with the breed after our first 2 aussies, Charlee and Diesel. They're extremely smart, loving, loyal, and they're the most unique yet distinctive breed. Their energy level was ideal for our younger kids because they can keep up with each other. We take pride in making sure we have a great breeding program to better the breed and raise healthy pups for new families.
  • What makes your program special?

We're small time breeders with between 4-6 litters a year. We're hands on with the pups daily so they're well socialized with adults as well as kids. Once they've received their 6 week shots, they're socialized with our older dogs. Each puppy is cared for with love and attention and when they leave, a little piece of our hearts go with them.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include red & white, black & white, blue merle, black tri, red tri, and red merle. Australian Shepherd puppies include red & white, black & white, red merle, blue merle, red, dilute red, dilute blue, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

JnT’s Bluegrass has the most perfect mini Aussies you will ever find! So pleasant to talk to and deal with. We are over the moon with our Diesel (Rocky) and are spoiling him rotten. Highly recommend

I found JnT’s online during my puppy search and was excited to see they were from my home state of Ky, so I did some texting & calling with Tiffany & finally after much contemplating I made a decision to purchase my very first female puppy ever!! I could not be any more pleased with the professionalism from Tiffany and the puppy that I received. Darla Sue is her name and she is beautiful, loving, smart, and the perfect size. I would without hesitation purchase again from JnT’s:)
