Meet the breeder

I'm Cindy C., the breeder behind Johnson Point Labradors located in Olympia, WA. Our philosophy begins with the idea that any Labrador we breed should be one that our family would want to own.

Q. & A. with Cindy

  • Why did you start breeding?

My passion for breeding Labradors began years ago with an unfortunate experience with a poorly bred puppy. I realized that a breeder carries an immense responsibility to prepare a puppy for life with a new family. A good dog begins years before a puppy is whelped and it is our goal to produce excellent family dogs.
  • What makes your program special?

My dogs are carefully chosen based on the environments they were bred in, the temperaments of their parents, and their individual personalities. It is my belief that a puppy raised in a stimulating environment with close contact with humans and other animals creates a well adjusted, happy, trainable dog.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, chocolate, and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
