We just picked up our puppy Archie. Mayela from Johnson's Highland Terriers was a joy to work with! We really liked seeing how all the puppies were a part of her home. Mayela kept us updated all the time with cute photos & videos of the puppies. We Love Scotties & Mayela definitely does too! She met us 1/2 way so we could get Arhie & drive back home the same day. Archie not only came with a blanket with Mom's scent but also some food, treats, water & a toy. So Awesome! Thank you so much Mayela. We recommend her to anyone wanting a puppy. She is Top Notch, kind & considerate.

We are so grateful to Mayela for raising our beautiful pup, Truman. She’s called him by his name all his life, introduced him to various surfaces and sounds - I am sure this contributed to his easy adjustment here at home. Mayela sent pics and videos regularly so we could stay up to date on his growth. This meant so much as we waited for him to be old enough to bring home. We are forever grateful - Mayela is the only breeder I would recommend this highly!

Mayela was a joy to work with! This was our first puppy purchase and she led us through the process with great humor and kindness. Yogi was obviously doted on in Mayelas home and our vet commented on how well socialized he is. This is a fabulous family to work with as each puppy is very well loved. Thank you !

Mayela was a pleasure to work with from the very start and throughout the process from our first inquiry through the Good Dog app to the big day two weeks later we met her to pick up the newest member of our family. Most especially, we deeply appreciated the large number of photos and videos she shared of our puppy in the intervening time as it gave us a great insight into her personality and also allowed us to see the environment in which she was raised which was otherwise impossible as we were 8 hours apart. It helped calm any fears we might have had with purchasing a puppy online from a breeder we had never met. It also prepared us for our new little girl's incredible personality before we ever got to meet her in person. Furthermore, Mayela was incredibly flexible and responsive when it came to the big day with her willingness to meet us halfway between our homes which made what could have been a traumatic event for our young puppy far less painful and far less stressful than a potential multi day 8+ hr trip each way or a flight with a stranger from Albuquerque to Denver. It also allowed us to meet our puppy's father which we also appreciated as it really gave us a glimpse of her future as she seemingly mirrors him in many ways. Her love and knowledge of the breed was evident from the start and we immediately felt comfortable with her. Furthermore, she put a great deal of effort into socializing her puppies from an early age which has shown through with her immediate comfort during car rides, when meeting new dogs and with navigating new situations. We are deeply grateful for her efforts and we would definitely work with her again if and when we decide to expand our family in the future. We have a new healthy and thriving member of our family thanks to her passion and dedication to raising Scottish Terriers.
