I'm Chelsey B., the breeder behind Jolly Collies & Kingdom Elite Yorkshire Terriers located in Chilhowie, VA. All of our dogs are loved as family members. We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! We are a small, family-run breeding program focusing on quality care and good health. Our puppies are the perfect loving and loyal companions! We strive to provide genetically healthy puppies with wonderful temperaments and personalities.

Why did you start breeding?
My passion of breeding Collies came at a young age watching my parents breed. I helped with my first litter in 2013.What makes your program special?
In my program I strive to breed genetically healthy puppy’s and loving puppy’s. I raise all my dogs and puppies in my home with my 3 small children. They are raised around love and taught to love and please their owners. I want to help educate the world on this magnificent breed and have it more seen and known.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our Collie puppies have rough coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Collie puppies include blue merle white and tan, blue merle and white, sable merle and white, sable merle, sable and white, sable, black white and tan, and blue merle. Yorkshire Terrier puppies include chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Chelsey has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Pricing of puppies are as follows: Limited rights 1,800 Full rights 3,800 Puppies will have first round of vaccinations, deworming, and 2 year genetic health guarantee. Your puppy will also come with a goody bag. Puppy pricing is determined on registration (limited or full) all deposits are the same of $300.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Litter update on 10 Dec., 3:30 AM •We are just a few weeks away from the puppies being born!! Excited to see how many boys and girls. We have a x-ray next week to see exactly how many puppies they can see

Litter update on 18 Aug. •…We only have 1 puppy left. Belle is a 12 week old female. She has had 1st & 2nd round of shot, dewormer at 2, 4, 6, & 8 weeks, microchipped, high socialization from day one, half way through potty training, crate trained, and working on her basic obedience. Just in a week she has completed sit, down, and spin. Shes a very smart girl!

Litter update on 05 Aug. •…Packed up and ready for a new adventure🧳🚗🏡 The puppies are 9 weeks old and are ready for their new homes. They start to leave us Friday😢 Man have these puppies grown so quick. It’s hard to believe!!! I know they are going to wonderful families who are so excited about getting them and spoiling them. Belle and Aladdin are still looking for their Fur-ever 🏡’s

Litter update on 03 Aug. •…Belle and Aladdin are looking for their Fur-ever 🏡 They have the absolute best personalities. Both down to earth and sweethearts. They tested high on Volhard puppy testing. Have been dewormed at 2,4,6, & 8 week, first shots, microchipped, and come with a 2 year genetic health guarantee. They will be ready August 8th. We offer transportation

Litter update on 31 July •…Belle and Aladdin are still looking for their forever homes. They look like models in these pictures. Both puppies tested very high in their Volhard puppy testing. They are going to be very well around puppies/dog

Litter update on 23 July •…Happy 7 Weeks!!!! When life gives you lemons you take absolutely adorable Collie puppy pictures😍 The puppies are learn fast potty training and still learning to like the crate. They absolutely love playing! Any toy that crinkles they LOVE….. The puppies are ranging from 5-7 pounds. The had their Volhard testing today and did fabulous. Scoring should be in the next day or 2. We have 3 puppies left available. All 3 are tri colored (black, white, and tan,) 1 male (Aladdin) and 2 females (Belle & Moana). Puppies will be ready August 8th.

Litter update on 21 July •…The puppies have had a busy past week. They went to the vet and got their wellness exam, eye exam, shots, and microchips. The have started exploring outside and working on potty training. They are working on their crate training as well. They are making leaps and bounds every week on training and socialization.

Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

+7Chelsey was amazing. Our girl is not only beautiful but clearly well socialized and frequently handled. She even tolerated my 5 yo putting a tiny cowgirl hat on her head. Chelsey was super responsive and kept us up to date with videos and photos. She put in so much effort to keep us in touch. I appreciated it so much. Our puppy is adjusting quickly with potty and crate training. She's unafraid in social situations and has been exposed to various sounds and animals. I'm so thankful that Chelsea laid such a strong foundation for us. It was scary buying a puppy online without knowing the breeder. I have no regrets. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and we are already talking about if we get a second dog, it will be from Jolly Collies. Chelsey is passionate about the breed and her dogs. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a collie!

Chelsey was fantastic to work with as a breeder! She kept us up to date with photos and pictures of the litter the whole time, and so kindly drove halfway to meet us with our new little guy. We could not be happier with our whole experience and our puppy!
