Why did you start breeding?
I have always had a passion and love for Aussies. I met someone at a fishing tournament who was a dog breeder and it all bloomed from there.What makes your program special?
These dogs are LOVED. They are extremely socialized with other dogs, our family, and our children. Our dogs have such a loving and kind demeanor.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

"Jones Aussies is located in Northwestern, MO. We are frequently asked about pricing, sizes, health testing/guarantee, transportation and deposits. Hopefully this answers some of your questions. If not, shoot me a message and I will get back with you ASAP! Our mini Australian shepherds are ASDR registered. PRICING- 🐾 Full registration— Breeding rights (higher cost) 🐾 Limited registration— Pet only (lower cost) 🐾Ask about our full registration vs limited registration pricing! Keep in mind these are pure bred dogs who are registered and health tested. A lot of time and money goes into these puppies. Aussies are pricey, but worth every single penny. These dogs are SMART and LOVING. They are great family dogs. My main goal is for these puppies to find a home who will love them unconditionally. DEPOSITS- We ask for a $200 deposit up front to hold your puppy. This will go towards your total payment. This is to ensure people are serious about getting a puppy. The deposit then reserves your puppy. Cash only at the time of pick up, in person. No checks. This is to eliminate scams. SIZES - We estimate their height to be about 15-17” inches tall when they reach adulthood. Our puppies are weighed daily. Zeppelin (dad) and Jovi (mom) are ~30 lbs. They are medium sized dogs full grown. They have docked tails and declaws removed. HEALTH TESTING/GUARANTEES- These puppies interact with us and our kiddos (ages: one month, 2, and 6) daily. They are very loved already! Health tested parents. Our puppies come up to date on vet care, vaccinations, and dewormed. TRANSPORTING- Transportation of the puppy is at buyer expense. We will travel up to 2 hours one direction and/or help arrange a nanny via PetJetPals. All of our puppies are the same price despite eye color and size. This includes registered puppies."

Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
