Q. & A. with Jesse
Why did you start breeding?
I became a breeder because I believe my dog has a good pedigree & has good genes that are worth being passed on. Additionally, I want to produce puppies that will improve the breed, whether that’s that they are healthier, have an outstanding personality/temperament, look a certain way/conformation & meet the breed standard. My goal is to make a positive difference to the Yorkshire Terrier breed.
What makes your program special?
What makes our breeding program special is that we understand that breeding dogs takes time, patience, a great willingness to learn, the ability to be humble, and sometimes a little luck. We are continuously studying, reading, watching and learning from other longtime breeders. We breed our Yorkies responsibly and carefully.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are blue and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
