I'm Marti P., the breeder behind Justus Aussies located in Ellensburg, WA. All of my Aussies have descended from my first Aussie “Buff”, Parrish’s Possum, whom I was given as a pup in 1975 in North Carolina. My dogs are registered first with ASCA and then also AKC. To me it is important that the Australian Shepherd remains one breed and not be divided by the different registries. My Aussies are stockdogs. I work hard to retain and develop their working instincts along with good structure and soundness. My kennel Justus is an ASCA Hall of Fame Kennel and Stockdog Kennel of Excellence, both of which I am very proud of. I am a Stockdog Judge for ASCA, AHBA, AKC, and have judged for CKC.
