I'm Debbie W., the breeder behind K and E Small Breed Puppies located in St. Cloud, FL. I’ve always loved animals and breeding is my passion. Whether it’s a pure bred Maltese, Yorkie or the designer bred Morkie, I have the perfect puppy for you. I raise a limited number of litters per year. I focus on quality not quantity of puppies. I take pride in raising a well adjusted and socialized puppy.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    After 20 years of an office job I decided to start doing something that I had a passion for and a lot of experience just by owning dogs my entire life. My best friend was a breeder and I will always be grateful for all the knowledge she gave me that started me out on the right foot to become a good and responsible breeder

  • What makes your program special?

    My home is set up to raise happy healthy puppies. I have dedicated so much of my life to each and every one of my adult dogs and puppies. Puppies are born and raised right in my living room where they are given 24 hours of love and attention every day until they find their forever homes. As a new buyer you are welcomed into my home to see the parents and puppies.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Morkie puppies include piebald, black, black & tan tri-color, and black and gold. Yorkshire Terrier puppies include parti, black and tan, blue and gold, and black and gold. Maltese puppies are white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Debbie

Debbie has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,600 - $3,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"The price includes age appropriate vaccines, Florida Health Certificate and either CKC or AKC registration if applicable. Deposits are applied to the final purchase price. Deposits are refundable if something were to happen to the puppy before ready to go home or if the puppy was unable to receive a heath certificate."

Debbie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     I picked up our puppy Friday. Debbie made the experience smooth and seamless. I was a little nervous flying in from Texas with a return flight for later the same day. Debbie met me at the airport and went over everything I needed to know about my new puppy. Teddy is the sweetest thing.. He is very smart and he’s a good listener. He comes when we call him and uses his potty pad. We have two Bichon’s that we got from two different breeders in 2020.. They are very well behaved and I was worried about bringing home a new puppy. I feel like the training process with Teddy will be much easier than it was with them. I can tell that Debbie has spent a lot of time interacting with the puppy. He already knows so much.
