I'm Melanie S., the breeder behind Kai’s Aussies located in Denton, TX. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new puppy into their lives! We are a small enough program that we are able to thoroughly focus on each individual dog and puppy and their needs. We take pride in the time and dedication we give to every litter.
Q. & A. with Melanie
Why did you start breeding?
When we first bought our mini Aussie, we fell in love, and then bought a female toy and decided to have a two litters. Family and friends bought them now we have the third litter and we’ve exhausted our families and friends so we’re reaching out a bit farther to find new families for these amazing little puppies.
What makes your program special?
The mother and father are registered and have pure panels. The puppies are genetically clean
vaccines, vet well checks, deworming, etc..are up to date
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include black & white, blue merle, and red merle. Toy Australian Shepherd puppies include black & white, blue merle, and red merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
