I'm Kathy B., the breeder behind Kathys Yorkie and Shih-tzu Cuties located in White Pigeon, MI. We decided to start breeding to share the best possible puppies with excellent personalities, temperament, and most of all health! We are dog lovers through and through! Our pups are such an important part of our lives, and we can’t imagine being without them. It’s an amazing experience as breeders to provide others with puppies that we know will bring them the same joy!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Yorkshire Terrier puppies include chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, and black and tan. Shorkie puppies include liver and white and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kathy

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kathy partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $500 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    I had the absolute best experience working with Kathy. She answered every question I had, and kept me updated with photos. And boy, did the waiting get hard with every new photo! These dogs were obviously socialized as they run to greet everyone-and their tribe is big. They go to work with me during the week so aside from the boarders in my house and my family, they are loved by everyone. Potty training outside is going surprisingly well. They let me know when they want food. They run, snd run, and run...all day long! We live in the country so they can run to their hearts content. Their precocious personalities are starting to show now and I think I picked the right names for them. Penelope and Poppy.

    Kathy was very good about getting back to me about any questions I had and when I asked for pictures she sent me pictures and videos. I was so excited when I seen them because they were wonderful. I told her I was journaling my puppy and she was great about it. She met us in a great spot to pick up our little girl and made it so convenient for us. I definitely couldn’t have asked for a better place to pick her up and she helped us cut off our driving time. Kathy was so accommodating. And the bag she packed for our little puppy girl was just unbelievable. I came home and felt like Christmas with what she gave us for her. I honestly didn’t need to purchase anything for a new puppy because Kathy makes sure you have everything to take care of her puppies that she hands to you at the time of pick up. I even have a journal to write everything about my little girl. She is a wonderful breeder and I would definitely recommend her.

    Kathy was there from my first question! She answered me quickly and never made me feel like a bother. She sent pictures and videos. She kept me updated on everything, from my pups weight to his personality. She met me halfway when it was time to pick up my boy. She sent us home with the best gift bag. It had a full size bag of food, toys, water and food bowl, and gifts for my home and for me. Kathy even sent dewormer and reminded when it was time to give it He was already trained to use a potty pad and is quickly learning to go outside. The best part of the whole experience is that I ended up with a healthy and well adjusted puppy, and I couldn't be more pleased.
