I'm Kathy B., the breeder behind Kathys Yorkie and Shih-tzu Cuties located in White Pigeon, MI. We decided to start breeding to share the best possible puppies with excellent personalities, temperament, and most of all health! We are dog lovers through and through! Our pups are such an important part of our lives, and we can’t imagine being without them. It’s an amazing experience as breeders to provide others with puppies that we know will bring them the same joy!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Shih Tzu puppies include black and tan, black, liver, and liver and white. Yorkshire Terrier puppies include chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, and black and tan. Shorkie puppies include liver and white and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kathy

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $500 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    The whole experience could not have been any better! She met me like half way which was great, gave us all kind of goodies for mom and puppy in a nice bag, explained the results of his vet visit the day prior. During the time from when I first contacted Kathy, up until the day we picked Leo up, she was very responsive and showed us lots of pictures and videos. Even since we got home she’s helped answer a lot of questions about his food preferences and his house training. Which by the way, she did an EXCELLENT job with his pee pad training and he’s only had 2 accidents, is going to the pads by himself even now, and by himself to go #2 last night on there! He’s super smart and funny and she did a wonderful job caring for this little boy!

    Kathy was great to work with! I was apprehensive purchasing through Good Dog as this was my first experience. I asked her a lot of questions and she was always there to reassure me. She shared videos and pictures until my puppy (Tucker) was ready to come home. She sent him home with a great care package and I can tell she truly cares about her puppies! Kathy followed up with me after Tucker came home and even checked back with me to make sure he received his second dose of wormer at home

    Kathy was AMAZING to work with!! She was so helpful and thoughtful. We got pictures and videos of our boy and she kept us updated on how he was doing throughout the whole time! We spent a lot of time trying to find the best fit for our family, and when I came across her profile I knew we would be getting a pup that was truly taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares and loves her pups! When we were picking up our boy, Mac, she sent us home with a bag full of numerous goodies, food, toys, puppy pads and a new blanket for him. We could tell he was very well taken care of and loved. He looked so healthy and smelled so good!! She followed up with us that night and the next morning checking in on him and answered any questions I had. He is the most playful and sweet boy and we really just couldn’t be happier with choosing to buy from her. DEFINITELY recommend her!

    I had such a good experience working with Kathy!!! She was so sweet and kept me updated the whole time with pictures and videos on how my pup was doing before I got him. When meeting, she and her husband were so kind. She gave me a little goodie bag with food, bowls, toys, a blanket, puppy pads, and so much more. I could tell how much she cared for the puppies before they find their home and I truly enjoyed working with her. She followed up with me on how he was doing that night and the next morning! My puppy, Tito, is the sweetest boy and I am so glad that I chose to work with Kathy. She is AMAZING i definitely recommend her!!!❤️
