Had a very good experience during the process of getting Everly from Katlynn. I did change her name to Avery because I kept calling her that, it's my grandmother's middle name . +4I wanted to thank Ketlynn for taking care of Lucy during her two month period, I always texted Ketlynn to check on Lucy, and she was always very kind and kept me updated before picking her up. thank God I found Lucy, and I knew she was meant to be my dog girl, I'm very happy. I just wanted to express my heartfelt thank you to Kaytlin and so thankful to have gotten a perfect puppy. The whole experience was from the first text to final pick up was easy and perfect. She responded quickly and let me come out a visit the puppy on the same day. Her response and flexibility was so refreshing. We picked up Panda on Thursday and Panda is an exceptional puppy. She is almost 90% pad trained, She isn’t afraid of other dogs and loves to be held. She has been socialized so well and just after a day or so she seems so well adjusted.
