Working with Karen was an outstanding experience. We were fortunate to have her as our guide when choosing a puppy. From the outset, Karen kept us updated with regular communication, sending weekly photos and resources about the litter’s development. When we finally met our new puppy, Virgil, we instantly knew we had made the right choice. Having previously had dogs from less reputable breeders, we were impressed by Virgil's adaptability and secure attachment. He comfortably sat on my wife's lap for the four-hour drive home and settled into his crate without hesitation. From his first night, he adjusted seamlessly to his new environment and was nearly fully potty-trained within a week. While I’m not sure what specific techniques Karen used before transitioning Virgil to us, her methods clearly proved highly effective. Now 15 months old, Virgil accompanies us everywhere, and we're frequently stopped by people admiring his beauty, whether we're at a coffee shop, the park, or just walking down the street. I wholeheartedly recommend Karen to anyone looking for their new best friend.

Breeder was very kind and answered all of my questions. It was very important for me to find an ethical breeder, which she is. The puppies and parents are health tested, which is very VERY important especially for this breed. You can search up her dogs registration numbers online to view their full health history and they all have good health history, as well as their litters and siblings and so on. This is a breeder that cares about the breed, and it shows. I got the PERFECT boy. She helped me choose a pup based off of my needs, and he is EXACTLY what I asked for. A cuddly, sweet boy who will do well when put to work. His ear crop is beautiful, and he is everything I wished for in my dream dog. He is also a VERY good looking, healthy dog. I will absolutely be buying from her again if I add another dobie to the family.

I had been in communication with Karen for a year or two before we got Bogey from her. She has always been incredible to work with - quick communication, knowledgeable, and helpful. We also have a female through a different breeder that was sired by Karen's Gordo. Both are the best dogs! Bogey is full euro and just over a year old. He's our fun-loving, fearless, snuggly boy. I don't have a single critical thing to say about my experience with Karen and KB's Dobermans. I highly recommend considering a dog from her program!

Fabulous! Karen stayed in touch with us every step of the way. We couldn't be more happy with our new girl.
