I'm the breeder behind KC Bar Ranch Aussies located in Preston, ID. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament. We focus on athleticism, conformation, and intelligence. We are dedicated to providing families with loving, healthy family pets.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We have always had a special spot for dogs. I grew up only having one dog, and when becoming married, had the same rule with my husband, till that changed, having a male and female. Our first little was when we were first married, ever since I have loved the process and love sharing this passion with our kids. It’s so fun finding homes and meeting new people along the way.

  • What makes your program special?

    We offer 2 breeds of dogs. We have a lot of space for our breeding dogs and puppies to explore and run safely, being at the end of a dirt road, surrounded by fields. Due to our ranch, our dogs are exposed to many different animals and people. Our American Corgis are a “smaller” size when they are full grown. We have been asked frequently an about our mini corgis, because of their compact size.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Australian Shepherd puppies include red merle, blue merle, and black tri-color. American Corgi puppies include sable, black and white, black and tan, sable and white, and blue merle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $1,900 final payment, before taxes & fees.

She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the puppy’s, they were in excellent condition and very healthy and happy!! They made it so easy to come get them! Jacalyn and her kids were so welcoming when we arrived and let us stay and meet mom and dad dogs too. They sent home a very sweet little care package.
