I'm Trasa F., the breeder behind Kennel de Fowler located in Stillwater, OK. Our dogs are family-raised and bred for versatility, ability, and drive. They are very trainable and make excellent companions! Each of our dogs has brought so much happiness to us throughout their lives. We want to do our part to produce wonderful, healthy dogs that can bring other people joy as well, and we strive to provide each of our puppies with loving homes where they can live happy lives.

Why did you start breeding?
After winning several hunting stakes and taking on more guiding opportunities I was being asked for pups out of my dogs. So I worked with a couple mentors to guide and assist me. I have been breeding dogs for 20 years. Our Goal: Each litter is carefully thought out to improve future generations through health testing and adhering to the AKC/ASCA breed standard. We want to deliver a healthy and good temperament puppy to provide joy and love to their families over a long period of time.What makes your program special?
Careful consideration goes into each breeding. We check each dog for hip dysplasia and DNA health tests. We review the dogs personalities, abilities and look at their strengths versus any weaknesses. We look for intelligence, ease to train and willingness to please in each dog we consider. Our dogs come from proven parentage in either the Sire or Dam.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Brittany puppies include orange and white, liver roan, orange roan, and liver and white. Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle and black tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

About Rocky
"Rocky" is the son of NAFC/GFC/GAFC Spanish Corral’s Sonny Patch & Janee’s Dirty Dancer. Rocky is easy going, intelligent, loves birds and loves attention. At 9 months old Rocky was pointing and retrieving wild quail and pheasant. He has learned a lot from the birds. He has a loving personality and great disposition. Rocky has proven to be a strong competitor and earned all his juvenile points towards his AKC FC title before his first birthday. He completed his AKC Field Champion title by the age of 3. In March 2020 he won the 1 hour Victoire Nationale Derby Championship earning him an American Field Championship title at the age of 2! In 2022 Rocky accomplished what no other Brittany in the history of nationals has done. He won NFC and NAGDC in the same year. We are looking forward to a long hunting and field trial career with him.

Prada is our sweet, intelligent, and goofy girl. She loves being our constant shadow, no matter what tasks we’re doing—whether inside the house or out. Her greatest joy in life is simply being by my side. Prada always has a smile on her face, and her expressive eyes say so much—especially when she’s feeling a bit annoyed. She loves helping me train other dogs and is always up for a game of fetch, whether it’s with a ball or a frisbee.

"Angel" is the daughter of NGDC/DC/AFC/GFC Starlight’s Mercury Out Ryder & Dancing Bree’s Sweet Little Rose. For this breeding I was looking for a strong field trial gun dog to breed to a strong hunting dog. So far, the breeding has given me a smart, driven and bird crazy puppy. Angel has shown signs to be a strong Gun Dog. I am looking forward to watching her grow and see how she develops through training to be a Gun Dog.

"Storm"is the daughter of FC Dakotas Copper Nickel (aka Duke) & AFC Trasa’s Little Sky Dancer. A lot ofthought went into what stud we were going to use when breeding Sky for a pup to keep out of her. I decided I wanted to go back a few generations and breed to a dog with the good “ole” lines that the Old Timers still talk about. We chose Duke because his bloodline went back to Evil Roy, Beans Blaze, Ban-Dee and Gun-Runner. AND that mix has produced a pup full of energy, driven and bird crazy!! She islearning a lot from the birds and showing potential to be a strong Gun Dog. We are looking forward to a lifetime in the field with her.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
