I'm Debbie H., the breeder behind Khloe’s WV Pugs located in Lookout, WV. We are pet owners first and foremost. All of our puppies are raised as members of our family until they’re ready to join yours! The sweet, loyal, and intelligent personalities of our dogs inspired us to begin responsibly breeding to share them with others. Since then, we’ve made it our mission to bring happy, healthy Pug puppies into the lives of other families!

Debbie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include between $1,500 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Litter update on 28 Mar. •…Our puppies are a month old today! They are beautiful and getting their sea legs on the hard wood floor. They are playing and using their training pad in their kennel. Next week they will begin eating and weaning from Mama. That’s always fun! We will begin taking them outside for potty training.

Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

+4Debbie and her husband, Kevin were so helpful when we first decided we wanted another pug after our son’s pug had passed after giving us 14 years of joy. We were updated on Cooper and his siblings with photos, videos and helpful advice. When it came time to meet him, he was delivered to our motel. We could tell right away that they had given him a good start, as he was very friendly and super cuddly. I would recommend them to anyone considering a new pug.
