I'm Debbie H., the breeder behind Khloe’s WV Pugs located in Lookout, WV. We are pet owners first and foremost. All of our puppies are raised as members of our family until they’re ready to join yours! The sweet, loyal, and intelligent personalities of our dogs inspired us to begin responsibly breeding to share them with others. Since then, we’ve made it our mission to bring happy, healthy Pug puppies into the lives of other families!

Getting a puppy from Debbie

    Debbie and her husband, Kevin were so helpful when we first decided we wanted another pug after our son’s pug had passed after giving us 14 years of joy. We were updated on Cooper and his siblings with photos, videos and helpful advice. When it came time to meet him, he was delivered to our motel. We could tell right away that they had given him a good start, as he was very friendly and super cuddly. I would recommend them to anyone considering a new pug.
