Q. & A. with Ryan Burnette

  • Why did you start breeding?

Our love for dogs and their outgoing, cuddly, and intelligent nature inspired us to expand the breeds in a responsible way and share all of the best qualities of Doodles and Dachshunds with the world.
  • What makes your program special?

We are very selective about our breeding dogs. All of our dogs have eye, hip, and cardiac testing, with plans to add genetic testing. The health and temperament of our puppies is our number one priority, and we are very conscious about who we rehome our puppies to, always ensuring that we can provide them with the best life possible.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Bernedoodle puppies include tiny, mini, and medium sizes. Dachshund puppies are miniature size. Goldendoodle puppies include petite, miniature, and medium sizes. Assorted Doodle Crosses puppies include petite, miniature, and medium sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Bernedoodle puppies include sable, black and white, tri-color, phantom, and merle. Dachshund puppies include sable, piebald, cream, red, chocolate, brindle, wheaten, chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, blue and cream, blue and tan, black and tan, black and cream, and dapple. Goldendoodle puppies include cream, apricot, red, chocolate, black, phantom, and merle. Havanese puppies include black and white, chocolate, black, and black and tan. We got our Millie back in August, but Ryan was very responsive and he cared deeply about the puppies in his care. That was very apparent during our communications, hand off, and he provided lots of resources for new puppy care. We're so happy with our Millie!
