Why did you start breeding?
I'm a lifelong animal lover, wife, and mother of five who fell in love with the Newfoundland breed through my own dogs. With guidance from experienced mentors, I became passionate about responsible breeding, health testing, and preserving the gentle Newfoundland temperament. My puppies are raised in my home as part of the family and carefully matched with loving homes.What makes your program special?
Our puppies are raised in our living room as part of the family, not in a kennel. They are exposed to children, other dogs, household sounds, visitors, and daily life from birth. We prioritize health testing, temperament, and lifelong breeder support, carefully matching each puppy with the right family to set them up for a lifetime of success.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white and black, black, and brown. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Jessica
Jessica has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Jessica partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

“Puppies are $3,200 and include AKC registration, vaccinations, deworming, microchip, veterinary exam, health guarantee, puppy pack, and lifetime breeder support. 🐾. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits are applied toward the purchase price and help ensure serious commitments from approved families.”

Odin is the definition of an old soul. While the younger dogs are busy causing chaos, Odin is usually watching from the sidelines, making sure everyone behaves. He has the calm, gentle temperament Newfoundlands are known for and the patience of a saint. He is incredibly affectionate without being demanding, confident without being pushy, and has never met a person he didn't think was a friend. Odin is the dog visitors remember long after they leave—his sweet nature, soulful eyes, and steady presence leave a lasting impression on everyone who meets him. As much as I love his structure and health testing, it's his temperament that makes me most proud. He embodies everything I strive to produce at Kinson Ridge Giants: gentle giants with sound minds, loving hearts, and the ability to be both loyal companions and beloved family members. ❤️🐾

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, Cystinuria Type 1A, Newfoundland Type
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
