I'm Moriah B., the breeder behind Kmh Southern Dachshunds located in Statesville, NC. My name is Moriah I’m located in Statesville. My dogs are my family raised up in my home with my 4 kids all dogs are dna & health tested before having babies. Babies are vet checked dewormed age appropriate shots. Dachshunds are an amazing breed and I only want to better the breed and find wonderful loving homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    When I got my first dachshund I fell in love with the breed and only want the best for them and too having loving families.

  • What makes your program special?

    My dogs are extremely loved and raised up with my kids they love to get attention and love seeing people.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include sable, piebald, cream, red, chocolate, brindle, chocolate and tan, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Moriah

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Moriah partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Prices range from litter to litter depending on colors I offer limited akc and only full akc to approved homes once we have discussed breeding program and have went over anything we need to discuss. Deposit is to hold the pup if your chose it is non refundable unless something happens to the pup in my care if you decide you can’t get your pup you will not receive your deposit back.”

  • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
