I'm Kristen L., the breeder behind Kristen’s yorkies located in Richmond, VA. The most prolific line of Parti Yorkies is the “California line” or Nikko’s line. These dogs are descendants of AKC Champion, Nikko’s Rolls Royce Ashley. 2 dedicated breeders, fought to have their line AKC registered. These Parti yorkies come from a breeder who’s been breeding for over 10 years.
Q. & A. with Kristen
Why did you start breeding?
It’s something I always wanted to do because of my background with animals
What makes your program special?
My dogs are never kenneled, they are part of my family. And run my home 😝 Two of my females carry the first parti line recognized by the AKC, the Nikkos bloodline.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chocolate, tan and white and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
