  • Why did you start breeding?

    My love for Yorkies began years ago when I brought home my first one and fell in love with the breed’s charm and loyalty. That bond inspired me to learn everything I could and eventually start breeding. I wanted to share the joy these amazing dogs bring by raising healthy, well-loved puppies for others to enjoy.

  • What makes your program special?

    My breeding program focuses on quality, not quantity. Each Yorkie is raised in my home with daily love, early socialization, and proper care. I prioritize health, temperament, and AKC standards. I also build lasting relationships with families and offer personal delivery to ensure a smooth, loving start for every pup.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate and tan, liver, gold, tan and white, chocolate, tan and white, parti, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Karen

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Prices vary based on gender, size, and pedigree. Each pup comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, vet checks, and a health guarantee. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your puppy and goes toward the total price. Picks are made in order of deposits received. Balance is due before pickup or delivery."

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
