I'm Tosha W., the breeder behind KT Dachshunds, LLC located in Fort Smith, AR. The foundation of our breeding program starts with raising healthy, well-loved, CONFIDENT dogs. We aim to pass the same happiness of owning a quality-bred dog to our buyers. All of our Dam's and Sire's are Embark DNA tested to ensure each mating is producing the most healthiest puppies possible.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I fell in love with the dachshunds after getting my first one in 2017! And had my 1st litter in 2019. I fell completely in love with breeding! I started learning all I could to build a reputable, ethical, honest, trustworthy, understanding, supportive program in July 2023! We hope to produce puppies that are healthy, contributing & complimenting the breed standard! I always want to be teachable!

  • What makes your program special?

    We are a small family owned hobby breeding program! We have 2 females & 1 male in our program, but we plan to add when the time is right. All of our doggies our pets 1st. They have free access to our entire house through their doggie door! I have had a mentor breeder since my 1st litter in 2019! Then in 2023 I decided to invest ALL I had into building & being a reputable & caring breeder.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include sable, cream, red, chocolate, brindle, chocolate and cream, chocolate and tan, black and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Tosha

Tosha has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Payments are required to be paid in full 5 business days before pup is scheduled to departure from Breeders home. This is to ensure payment clears unless you have cash & picking up directly from us! Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE! The deposit does go toward your total cost of puppy! This allows us to be confident that not advertising your puppy will not hinder us & you leave your dog here at 8 weeks old!”

Contract & health guarantee

Tosha may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
