I'm Cherie H., the breeder behind Lake Acres Shih Tzu located in Lakeland, FL. We’re a small-scale program with a big love of Shih Tzu! Our dogs are our passion, and we enjoy spreading the love of Shih Tzu with other individuals and families by responsibly breeding our incredible dogs.

  • What makes your program special?

    What's so special about Lake Acres Shih Tzu? Your new puppy will come to you happy, healthy, and well-socialized - vet checked, dew claws removed, 1st vaccinations, and dewormed. Lake Acre Shih Tzu puppies are started on Klean Paws Indoor Potty training, come with an AKC limited registration application and a 1-year health guarantee. Puppies are sold to pet homes only. Getting a puppy from Cherie

Cherie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and $1,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes a one-year health guarantee, AKC limited registration application, the first round of vaccinations, deworming, and puppy socialization. Deposits are accepted only after puppies have been born.”

Cherie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
