I'm Leisa W., the breeder behind Lake Area Cuddly Cockers located in Greers Ferry, AR. I focus on breeding and raising puppies to be social, happy loving puppies. All my dogs have great temperaments. They loving and loyal.

Why did you start breeding?
For many, many years I had cocker spaniels. When I started looking for a cocker there were none in my area to be found. So since I was retiring, I decided I would raise cockers.What makes your program special?
My program is special because it's so small. I only have three females and two males all AKC registered. They do have a very nice kennel with an acre to romp on but you will find them wherever I am. They stay in my home and in the yard except at night. They have social interaction every day with family and friends. They are easy going, happy, loving girls.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include buff and white and buff. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

“The price includes limited AKC registration, Health Certicate, up to date on all vaccines and wormer. The price does not include shipping. I can arrange shipping. Cost depends on shipping location. Price of puppies will vary depending on coloring and markings.”

Leisa was wonderful to work with! We were initially attracted to a picture of a beautiful puppy on the site and when I inquired she provided helpful info. After we decided to move forward, she was very friendly and kind to communicate everything we needed along the way. She kept us posted with videos and pictures so that my children could feel connected to their soon-to-be pup. She even shared product brands to help us prepare and answered my first-time owner questions. When we met at the airport she brought everything we needed from a carrier bag and potty pads to a leash and harness (and more!). Even a bag of food and water bottle since she knew we’d be there awhile! She checked in after and offered advice. The puppy is just adorable… but beyond looks she’s well adjusted, sweet, and energetic to play but yet calms well. She likes to follow me around and sleep on my feet when I’m working and snuggle. We are so happy with our new furry family member and it was a pleasure to work with Leisa to purchase our very first dog. Thank you so much!
