I'm Jenny M., the breeder behind Lake in the hills Pomskies located in Mundelein, IL. Raising puppies has been so rewarding! We take our role seriously, socializing and training each puppy from day one. Breeding allows us to share the joy of our dogs with families, and we’re always here to support them as their puppies grow into loving companions.

Why did you start breeding?
fell in love with Pomskies thanks to my mom, who encouraged me to start this journey before she suddenly passed from illness. My dogs, Peanut and Flurry, helped me heal and are trained emotional support animals. I hope our puppies bring the same love and comfort to their forever families.What makes your program special?
We’re with our puppies from day one, ensuring they’re constantly socialized and cared for. There’s always someone home, even when I’m not personally there. I begin introducing basic commands early on to set a strong foundation. With experience in dog boarding and pet nutrition from working at Kriser’s and Pet People, I’m always here to answer questions and support our families.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Getting a puppy from Jenny
Jenny has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
"They puppies will be dewormed and have first round of vaccinations. We send all of our puppies with a goody bag that has treats, food, toys, and other items to help them transition to a new home. Once a deposit has been place on a puppy no one else can purchase him/her. This is done on a first come first serve basis for fairness. It is non transferable."

Jenny may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
