I'm Patrick M., the breeder behind Lake Lands Boykin Spaniels located in Radford, VA. HR BRIERCREEKS PELHAM SXM SHINDIG “Saint” Saint is out of HRCH Saint Thomas JustanIslandBoy and SHR PR Briercreeks VirginiaPelhamStuart. She is the granddaughter of GRHRCH(6) UH BRANDYWINE STONEWALLS G. PELHAM HOF and GRHRCH UH SAINT THOMAS CHIEF. Her litter was a repeat breeding. This excellent breeding was one of the only Boykin litters with all four grandparents being HRCH champions. Saint has an OFA rating of "GOOD" hips. She has all other OFA and genetic testing complete. She is a beautiful smooth coat and well-proportioned Boykin. Saint loves to hunt and compete. She is incredibly “birdy,” and excels in upland hunting. She has hunted in the South and the Midwest. When not in training, she is also a wonderful house dog and gets along well with the other Boykins and Biewer Terrier dogs in our home. Saint is owned by Patrick Moore, trained by Mike Osteen. HRCH LAKE LAND'S INDY GO-GO "INDY" HRCH Lake Land's Indy Go-Go "Indy," is the Sire. He was 2025 Boykin National Retriever placement of 2nd. He was 2026 Boykins Spaniel Upland Nationals placement of 3rd. Indy is an incredible stud and is a handsome, sturdy Boykin with a beautiful wavy coat. Indy is owned by Angela Moore and trains with Mike Osteen. Indy has an OFA rating of "GOOD" hips. He has all other OFA and genetic testing complete. Each pup has been Genetic tested and puppy shots before going home. Pups have tails docked and dewclaws removed. All veterinarian recommended shots with records. Pups are whelped and raised in our home and each puppy has been socialized with Early Neuro Stimulation since third day. Pups were whelped in our bedroom and raised in our family room with lots of handling and stimulation. Pups have been introduced to live quail and water, whether permitting. This very special litter will be registered with BSS, AKC, and UKC. Each pup has been GENSOL genetic tested. Veterinarian recommended Early Neurological Stimulation “ENS” method daily. Each puppy, temperature permitting, will be introduced to water, bumpers and live birds.

"PUPPY PICK UP IS SATURDAY JANUARY 31ST, 2026. All pups have a one year health guarantee from inheritable diseases and disorders. Pups have tails docked and dew claws removed, microchipped, and all Vet recommended shots. A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your puppy and selection order. Price includes GENSOL genetic testing, and first shots."

About Saint
Saint is a flat coat boykin with piercing amber eyes. She is a delightful upland hunter companion, with exceptional ability to mark birds in the field. She is a homebody and enjoys couch time with her family, just as much as time in the field. This is Saint's second and final litter. Her previous litter has excellent reviews from owners with 'sweet/loveable', obedient', 'driven', being words most often used to describe the litter.

About Indy
Indy is a male Boykin Spaniel. Carefully selected as a great representative of his breed, Patrick decided to make him part of their program. Patrick has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), DNA Disease Panel, Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
