I'm Debra S., the breeder behind Lake Life located in Kingston, OK. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! Matching each family with the right puppy is the key to our success and yours. We are honored to bring another member of the family into your life!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    There is no other dog but the love of a yorkie. There personalities, I want everyone to have one!!

  • What makes your program special?

    Climate controlled kennels , vinyl plank floor and comfy beds for the all in our home.The best Veterinarian that’s practiced with the best advise to secure the health of our babies. 45 acres to play but I closed area with chicken wire high in the sky to keep them safe, the best foods and alot of love from us and our 21 grands when they come to visit.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate and tan, chocolate, tan and white, parti, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Debra

Debra has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Debra partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 12 weeks old.

“We take great care in placing each puppy with the right family. Puppies are matched once they are old enough for us to evaluate their temperament and personalities. Usually starting at 6-7 weeks”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,499 - $3,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“My prices are determined by puppy size and coloring. All puppies come with Full Rights meaning (Breeding rights) Not more if you want to breed . If you don’t want to breed the puppies are the same price with or without Breeding or Registration. AKC pups are higher. The price includes a genetic defect guarantee, and Health guarantee. AKC or ,ACA registration if wanted . My babies are all registered with full rights. First round of vaccine/deworming if it is above 2 1/2 lbs Also puppy pad training. And puppy socializations etc. Bag of currant puppy food. The deposit is non refundable but you can transfer to another puppy or litter if available.”

Debra may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Very easy process with Debra. We love nugget sooo much! He’s awesome in every way. He is such a well behaved puppy and I was actually kinda shocked. Definitely expected him to be yappy as I have had a Yorkie before. But he is far from it. He’s happy and healthy!
