Meet the breeder

I'm Leah F., the breeder behind Lala & Co. located in Stockton, CA. We offer gorgeous traditional, parti and chocolate AKC Yorkies that come from loving hands from birth to adoption. Our dogs are not just our pets they are part of our family and treated like my children since I actually have none of my own. Our Yorkies are our pride and joy and we strive to create the best babies for loving homes who are looking for that special fur baby.

Q. & A. with Leah

  • Why did you start breeding?

Darla was my first Yorkie love. Koshi then came into my life to help fill the void. I then began to get into breeding when our Mochi girl chose us. All with the help of my co breeder and mentor who have been breeding for 15 years.

  • What makes your program special?

I have a soft spot for all animals. I actually prefer them over people. Haha! Yorkies have won over my heart. I do this out of love and passion.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, black and tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Dear Leah, Our experience with you has been wonderful. From the beginning of our search for a new puppy, you stayed in contact and provided weekly photos and updates throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Lala & Co. to anyone looking for a new pet. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we are so happy to welcome our beautiful chocolate brown Yorkshire terrier puppy to the family. Best regards, Mark & Donna
