I'm Kara L., the breeder behind Larsen Litters located in Lehi, UT. We're home-based breeders of Goldendoodles and Bernedoodles. Our goal is to connect healthy puppies with new and loving families! Having grown up in a household that helped breed AKC registered and designer dogs, I was immersed in the breeding process. My female dogs live and interact with my young family and have been a source of continual joy! Check us out on Instagram @larsenlitters.
Q. & A. with Kara
Why did you start breeding?
As a young girl, I grew up raising Cocker Spaniel and Yorkshire Terrier puppies with my mom. These experiences helped lead me to begin my own breeding program. We are fortunate to continue our education and understanding of the breeding process through friends, family members, and other professionals. Our commitment is to provide you with a professional and friendly adoption experience.
What makes your program special?
Our females are Lady (Red Standard Poodle) and Minnie (Tri-colored Standard Phantom Poodle). Our studs are Parley (Red Golden Retriever) and Oakley (Bernese Mountain Dog). Each dog is sweet as can be and just wants to love-on every person they meet! All of our dogs are health tested and have grown up in loving homes. Our puppies all have amazing temperaments and will make a great addition to your family!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Bernedoodle puppies include mini, medium, and standard sizes. Goldendoodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Bernedoodle puppies include black and white, tri-color, phantom, and merle. Goldendoodle puppies include apricot and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
