I'm Ashley T., the breeder behind Lawson's Kennel located in Wylie, TX. Our babies are bred first and foremost for health and long life. Every breeder in our program is genetically tested to ensure we are not passing disease and deformation down to new lines. Confirmation, temperament, with the bonus of beautiful colors. These babies are family before pet.

Why did you start breeding?
We bred parrots and goats in our former lives. Dachshunds have always been in our homes. Our love for them has only grown - and now our desire to is share that love with others.What makes your program special?
This truly is a family business. Grandma, daughter, grandchildren. Everyone helps with caring, cleaning, and snuggles. Our babies come well adjusted to life with kids and other animals. Our desire is to produce the healthiest and prettiest pups we can - as a family.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Ashley has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $2,250 - $3,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price includes first puppy shots, health guarantee, fully wormed, microchip. Full Breeding Rights optional to select show homes. We also focus of child/pet socializing and potty training. Non-Refundable unless breeder is responsible.”
Contract & health guarantee
Ashley may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
