I'm Stephenie K., the breeder behind Lazy Daisy Labs located in Priest River, ID. Our dogs are bred for health, intelligence and a focus on confirmation. We a grateful to have Grand Champion and Champion lines for confirmation. We breed for love of this fabulous breed. And, our goal and commitment is to place our pups in loving, forever homes.

Why did you start breeding?
I begin breeding with an amazing mentor and friend who has been breeding labs for well over 20 years. I learned the importance of preserving and improving this amazing breed. I feel honored and blessed to get to do what I love.What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is special because I am a mom of 5. And, I believe, labs NEED to be around children from day one. I love breeding these wonderful pups with my family and am so thankful for their loving work in helping me properly socialize our pups. Our labs end up being exceptional examples of the breed because we work hard in the beginning with proper socialization and introductions.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, chocolate, and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
