Q. & A. with Cynthia and Caylin
Why did you start breeding?
Having grown up with both Poodles and Labrador Retrievers in the family, we fell in love with the Labradoodle. While researching Doodles and seeking an allergy-friendly companion discovered the ALD. After a couple years of research, and desire to invest in advancing a healthy, multi-generational breed as we had done years prior, we selected our companions with strong lines and breeding prospects.
What makes your program special?
Working together as a mother-daughter team our ALDs are part of our homes. They are well-adjusted and their lives are full of family experiences. We are committed to the healthy selection of breeding pairs, as well as raising puppies that are well-adjusted, acclimated, and ready to become a part of their new homes. We are committed to providing lifelong support to Lea Acres families.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are medium size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include caramel red, apricot, cream, chocolate, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
