I'm Leah F., the breeder behind Leah’s Suncoast Doxies located in Bradenton, FL. Our dogs are raised in home, started on puppy food and potty pad training before adoption. Parents are AKC limited or CKC registered with puppies currently offered to pet only homes. We primarily focus on long haired dachshunds but parents do carry for smooth.

What makes your program special?
This is a small in home breeding program. We do not promote on social media.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include piebald, cream, chocolate, chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, black and tan, black and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Leah

Leah has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes guarantee, first round of vaccinations, deworming, vet check and puppy socialization. Puppy pickup will include a small bag of current puppy food and some items to help transition. Deposit is non-refundable with balance arranged for pick-up.”

Contract & health guarantee

Leah may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Leah offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Leah directly.
