I'm Leslie E., the breeder behind Leslie’s Shih Tzus located in Fresno, TX. Our dogs are pure bred Shih Tzu & a Shih Tzu mixed with a little Pekingese. It is important to us to breed healthy loving puppies. We try our best to teach them basic commands while their future parents are in the process of adopting them.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    In my opinion, Shih Tzu is one of the best lap dogs you could ever have! I would love to breed my own and raise them as my own so another family can enjoy them!

  • What makes your program special?

    My husband has his own little barn, my Shih Tzus are raised around chickens but they are indoor dogs!! I try my best for my dogs to explore the outdoors but also keep their temperament in control when around other species :)

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Companion Cross puppies are small size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our Companion Cross puppies have long coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Companion Cross puppies are black and tan. Shih Tzu puppies include black and tan and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Leslie

Price

Puppy prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $1,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes CKC registration 1st round of vaccines and deworming. Along with a tote bag that includes 1 blanket with mom’s scent, 1 toy, 1 quart bag of kibble, Treats, and a folder for that contains Vaccine Record, Registration. Deposit is non-refundable. Price is different due to gender, Male is $860. Female is $970.”

Leslie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
