Meet the breeder

I'm Debbie K., the breeder behind Liberty LionsWatch located in Lancaster, SC. We are a small, hobby breeder of AKC champion Golden Retrievers and Havanese. Our main goal is to breed beautiful, well-rounded dogs that are wonderful family companions. Our puppies are raised in the home and are well socialized. We want to help you find the perfect puppy that matches your lifestyle. Our breeding dogs have been carefully selected and have all health testing that is required for the breed. We would be honored to introduce your family to your next puppy!

Q. & A. with Debbie

  • Why did you start breeding?

We understand the very important role that breeders undertake; that today’s breeders are the guardians of the future Golden Retrievers and Havanese. We are small preservation breeders with a mission to breed loving, healthy, structurally sound, and competitive companions. We are very proud of the puppies we have produced.
  • What makes your program special?

Our dogs have excelled in all venues of dog sports including conformation, tracking, hunting, obedience, rally, and agility. We are also proud of their puppies that are now service and therapy dogs. Above all, we receive true joy from knowing that Liberty LionsWatch puppies have enriched the lives of their people. We look forward to matching families with a wonderful pet.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
