I'm Freedom L., the breeder behind Liberty Pups by MF Homestead located in North Ogden, UT. At MF Homestead we focus on making sure our pups are happy, healthy and lifelong companions. Nothing feels better than having your soul pup right by your side everyday and we know just how important it is to make sure they are bred with integrity and care for the pups entire life.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My mom has bred dogs my entire life. For as long as I can remember I have been helping taking care of and love the moms and their pups. I got my first breeding female at 15 and have bred dachshund for the love of the breed since.

  • What makes your program special?

    In our program we breed for love and loyalty. It’s very important to us that our pups aren’t only healthy but they are loving companions. Our focus is to provide each puppy with the perfect family where they will cherish and be cherished throughout their lives.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Freedom

Freedom has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Freedom partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Contract & health guarantee

Freedom may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Freedom offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Freedom directly.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
