I'm Patty P., the breeder behind Lickin'bach Miniature Dachshunds located in Bangs, TX. All of our puppies are bred, raised, and loved indoors to produce happy, healthy pets for those seeking the best family companion! Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding. We love to see the results of our efforts in the sweet, happy, and healthy puppies that we’re able to share with others.

Why did you start breeding?
I started raising Shih Tzus in the 90's. Love the breed, but very high maintenance with grooming. Purchased my first miniature dachshund in 2011, named Coney. He crossed the rainbow bridge in the Spring of 2025 and a piece of our heart went with him. We only bred a couple of litters with Coney and then got out of the breeding business. In 2023, we bought our male Rollo. We have 4 females and just love them. They are part of our family.What makes your program special?
We are small and treat our dogs like family. No kennels. Always looking for ways to enhance our breeding stock.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Patty has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Patty partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price
“$1500 is for pet quality, $2000 for registered. No cash accepted except for mileage. Must use Gooddog payment platform. Safest payment system! Usually the deposit is 25% of full price. The deposit is non refundable, unless there is a vet verified fault with puppy or the mistake is mine.”

Outgoing, sweet and very active. He's not a chronic Barker, but does guard his yard from dogs, cats, squirrels, people walking, driving or riding a bike. The UPS delivery brings him dog treats.😊
