  • Why did you start breeding?

    Purchased my first Yorkie over 40 years ago and fell in love with the breed. Started breeding Yorkies and striving to breed nice quality dogs. My puppies are raised, loved and bred in my home to produce happy, healthy pets for those seeking their family companion. I am looking for families and individuals that will provide my puppies with the same level of love and care as I do.

  • What makes your program special?

    Only breed quality dogs with DNA testing to produce Beautiful Yorkies with great temperament & well adjusted. Have puppies pee pad & crate trained before leaving for their new homes.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are blue and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

    Jan was so responsive and knowledgeable. You can tell she really cares about their dogs. She was great at staying in touch and sending me regular updates about our puppy. Good dog made the process really easy. Setting up with Jan for a meet up spot was great, she was really helpful since we were traveling in to meet her from out of town, and was just there to visit family and pick up our puppy.     We adopted Cooper from Jan on February 21, 2026 and have since changed his name to Teddy. He is such a joy to our family. Teddy came to us already potty trained to pee pads which has been a real blessing. We took him to our vet who deemed him in great health and no parasites.
