Q. & A. with Connie
Why did you start breeding?
We acquired our first Shih Tzu for our youngest son to help him with healing from a serious surgery. We absolutely fell in love with the puppiness and wanted to breed happy healthy puppies to help other families enjoy the uniqueness and love that bringing a baby Shih Tzu into their family will do. We never cage and will never rehome. These are family members for life.
What makes your program special?
Our approach to "Free Range Living". We never kennel (except for dinner time so that everyone can have "Room Service" and eat in peace. We adore and consider our Shih Tzu family. Our Tzu have free range of our home and large fenced in yard. I sleep beside the puppy nest until the litter is at least 14 days old. The moms and babies get my absolute full attention day and night and are showered with love, attention, and a special diet to keep the mamas at their absolute healthiest. It is our goal to produce healthy happy and very spoiled puppies to add to your happy home.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
