I'm Jennifer R., the breeder behind Lilac City Doxies (Also with Spokane) located in Spokane, WA. We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we do everything we can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes everything from choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. We strive to provide each of our puppies and their families with a truly positive experience!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I was always around puppies and kittens. I knew when moms were pregnant before my nurse step mom. I love the whole process

  • What makes your program special?

    I try to give people what I would want in a breeder. Someone honest, someone who discloses everything. If something comes up in my litters I give people the choice and options.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, black, chocolate, fawn (isabella), brindle, blue and cream, blue and tan, black and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jennifer

Jennifer has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $1,250 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The lower prices are for pets only. The higher prices are for breeding rights/full AKC. Prices can differ do to coloring of puppy. Deposits come out of the total amount for the puppy. I have a health guarantee contract. Deposits are only refundable by my discretion ( usually do to a non controllable circumstance.).”

Jennifer may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
