I'm Mary G., the breeder behind Little Lion Puppies located in Cornelius, NC. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! Our dogs have proven to be the greatest companions to our family. We started breeding to contribute to breed betterment and to share smart and loveable puppies with other families.
Q. & A. with Mary
Why did you start breeding?
We are breeding because we love the breed. Our first two Shih Tzus lived to be almost 18 years old and almost 16 years old. They are the best companions!
When we began looking for Pebbles, we found a breeder who (for personal reasons) does not register his litters, thus making them affordable. We hope to continue this practice while breeding happy, healthy puppies.
What makes your program special?
I'd like to think we are special because we love our dogs, but doesn't everyone? Honestly, we are breeding for the purpose of sharing the love. This is a hobby, not a profession.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include brindle and white and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
