Little Lions West

Elizabeth C.

Breeder of Shih Tzus

Meet the breeder

I'm Elizabeth C., the breeder behind Little Lions West located in Spring, TX. We’re hobby breeders looking for individuals and families who will continue to love and spoil our puppies as much as we do! We breed with passion and integrity so we’re able to responsibly contribute to growing this amazing breed. It’s important to us to share the gift of living with one of our puppies with other families.

Q. & A. with Elizabeth

  • Why did you start breeding?

My husband and I have three adult Pedigreed Shih-Tzu's who are our empty nest babies. When my two-year-old female came in heat, we decided to mate her with our 3-year-old male. They made the absolute most adorable litter EVER! That's when we decided to breed our two adult females and limit them to one litter per year.
  • What makes your program special?

We are not a puppy mill and never have more than 2 litters per year. We love and care for these tiny pups as if we are keeping them ALL!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, brindle and white, black and white, liver and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
