Meet the breeder

I'm Kathleen L., the breeder behind LittleBitFarm Scotties located in Ogden, IL. I offer quality puppies that are bred for temperament, health, and strive for breed standard. Excellent pets and show potential! My dogs work hard, play hard, love hard, and are part of the family. They're well-socialized and ready to thrive in their new forever homes!

Q. & A. with Kathleen

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have had Scotties for most of my life. My first litter was in the early '80s and I haven't looked back! I enjoyed watching the pups grow into resilient adults. I breed occasionally to have a new pup for my home.
  • What makes your program special?

I have nice girls with good pedigrees and chose a very nice male to complement them. All of my puppies are raised with Puppy Culture methods. They're exposed to many things as they grow, so they can be the best dogs possible. Children are an important part of that exposure.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
