I'm Ashlee G., the breeder behind Lone Star Dachshunds located in Fort Worth, TX. Lone Star Dachshunds is a small in-home breeder of AKC Mini Dachshunds in the DFW, TX area. Our parents are AKC registered and DNA tested. We focus on health, temperament, and raising well-socialized puppies for approved pet homes only. Travel includes up to 90 min drive beyond that is additional.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our dogs are family, we don’t crate them. They are enjoying every day with us on our couches, snuggling in our beds and being the best road dogs. We want to raise babies that will do the same with you and be part of your family. It’s their first time living too, so we just want the most loving homes for them.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Ashlee

Ashlee has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Ashlee partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $3,000 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Ashlee may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy.
