I love what I do and strive to produce the best puppies for my buyers. I provide my puppies with a safe, clean, and enriching environment where they can grow and learn about the world until they are ready to venture out and experience life with their forever families! Why did you start breeding?
I had my own amazing Dachsund and fell in love with the breed. I wanted to do my part as a responsible breeder and produce healthy, well-rounded pups. It has been an incredible experience, and I love what I do!What makes your program special?
I practice Puppy Culture and focus on health and temperament when breeding. The puppies are raised and socialized in my home. All dogs deserve nothing less than to be cherished, spoiled, and pampered, so I strive to place all my puppies in homes where they will be loved as family members!What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,100 - $2,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Kimberly was great to talk to. We spoke on the phone to discuss my interest in one of her babies and answered any and all questions. This is the first dog I raise on my own and she gave me the confidence to step into this. My lil guy, cornbread, is so full of energy and very clearly well socialized. It was nice watching his personality grow through different pictures and videos she provided. Cornbread is definitely gonna have a sibling from one of Kimberley’s next litters.

In our search for a mini dachshund puppy we're glad we found Good Dog and Kimberly Lane, a wonderful dachshund breeder and owner of Long Dogs Yellow Farm in Georgia. While we waited the appropriate time to bring our new puppy Lottie home, Kimberly stayed in close communication with us on her progress. She tended to all the details before sending her home: good nutrition, initial basic training including potty training and using a ramp, routine first medical visits, and beginning the socialization process. Lottie received a lot of love and attention in her first few weeks on the farm, and she is now very loving and eager to continue learning with us. Kimberly was wonderful to work with! We visited her home to see our puppy before it was time to pick him up. I was impressed with the cleanliness of her house and the way she lovingly cares for the adult dogs and the puppies. This is the second dog we have gotten from her….last year our beautiful Ollie and now our adorable Wolfie. They have so much fun playing together. Communication was great!

+6I had a wonderful experience with Kimberly at Long Dogs Yellow Farm. She was very responsive and kept me up to date on how my puppy was growing, etc. I enjoyed watching the videos that she posted. You can tell she loves her dogs and all of the puppies that she raises. My puppy (Rosie) is such a beautiful girl and it was obvious that she had been very socialized ~ both with people, her littermates, and older dogs. That made it very easy to introduce her to our other pups and they quickly accepted each other. I plan to go to her in the future when we are ready to add another pup to our pack ~ hopefully a cream smooth haired.

Kim was excellent to work with when we were looking for our first Doxie baby! We selected a puppy shortly after he was born and she was willing to FaceTime and keep us updated regularly on Frankie. Kim kindly met me at the airport when I arrived from out of state and provided all of the info and supplies I needed to welcome Frankie home. As for the puppy, besides being gorgeous he has the BEST personality and is easygoing, well mannered, and friendly. He got a clean bill of health from the vet and is in great shape. Highly recommend and will use in the future!!!
