Meet the breeder

I'm Julie G., the breeder behind Long View Family Maltipoos located in Cabool, MO. Our puppies are raised with love in our home, and we strive to help each one grow up with confidence so they are ready to thrive with their new families. They are affectionate, intelligent, and cute as can be! They are all bathed and groomed on a regular schedule. Some of them learn to enjoy it some of them not so much. They are such a joy to be around. I have 2 breeding female Poodles that are house dogs and I have 2 breeding Maltese males that have a very comfortable place to sleep and all the room the want to run and play.

Q. & A. with Julie

  • Why did you start breeding?

Since I was a child I have had a love for all animals. When my kids grew up and moved to their own homes I decided to put that love into raising puppies.
  • What makes your program special?

My dogs receive the best of love and care. The adult mamma Poodles (2) live in the house. They have their puppies in the house. The puppies are moved to the puppy house at around 3 weeks old, with their mamma. The puppies receive hours of human interaction daily. We make sure each puppy is extremely sociable. I attend the dog breeder's seminar twice a year in our area.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our Poodle puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

I feel very blessed that I found Julie at Long View Family Maltipoo’s. She had a beautiful Maltipoo named Petunia. Petunia is now named Maggie! She is smart, sweet, adjusted and perfect in every way. Julie was quick with responses to my questions and provided me with the registration papers of Maggie’s parents. I highly recommend them to find your puppy!

We are very happy with Max, AKA Cedar Boy. He is almost 4 months old now and learning his way around his new home.
