I'm LP A., the breeder behind LP Aussies located in Cushing, OK. We love this breed and the experience of having litters! Our mission is to raise pups that are set to become the best companions. Our puppies become integral members of our family. They’re a daily part of everything we do until they’re ready to join their forever families.

Why did you start breeding?
We started breeding after I bought my first set of Aussies in 2018. The intelligence of this breed sparked my interest. I had many people asking me to take my dogs home with them. I decided it was the smart decision to let them have a litter of puppies to pass on the love for the breed.
What makes your program special?
Our dogs are not just pets, they are family. Here at Midwest LP, you will find that our puppies are raised to be companions and they are not priced for profit. They are priced to carry on bloodlines, become your best friend, and most importantly priced to find the best homes.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black & white, red & white, red merle, blue merle, red, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from LP

LP has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, LP partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $300 - $800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Contract & health guarantee

LP may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA), Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Kidney Disease (UPCR)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
