We find so much fulfillment in providing that same companionship to other homes! Our puppies become integral members of our family. They’re a daily part of everything we do until they’re ready to join their forever families.

Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding through my passion for training and developing American Pointing Labradors. I do not breed solely for financial gain; every pairing is planned with purpose. I carefully select sires and dams whose strengths, temperaments, and working traits complement one another, with the goal of improving each generation.
What makes your program special?
My breeding program is built on purposeful pairings, carefully matching sires and dams with complementary traits. I breed for high-performing field dogs that are also dependable, well-mannered companions at home. My breeding dogs compete in multiple venues and are raised in a family environment alongside children from infants to teenagers.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Lucas

Lucas has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Lucas partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Puppies will be made available to qualified buyers. I will have a short conversation with each buyer to determine needs. Once buyer needs are assessed, they will be approved to pick a puppy.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $600 - $1,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes dual registration AKC and UKC, Vet checked and first round of shots, dewormed, crate training and socialization. Deposit is due to reserve a puppy, balance is due upon pick up.”

Contract & health guarantee

Lucas may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. A small dog with a big motor, natural athleticism, and plenty of drive, she covers ground much like a German Shorthaired Pointer. Hip Dysplasia
