Meet the breeder

I'm Lucinda F., the breeder behind Lucy’s Labradors located in Queen Creek, AZ. We have had labs in our home since 2007, and think they're amazing dogs. We’re a small breeder just starting out in Arizona, and our puppies are raised in our home around our children, dogs, and chickens. Our dogs are dna tested with embark and are certified with the OFA for their hips and elbows.

Q. & A. with Lucinda

  • Why did you start breeding?

We have had labs as family pets since 2007, and love this amazing breed! While we are newer to breeding, we have wonderful mentors who have helped us get started on the right track with health testing/certifications and DNA testing.
  • What makes your program special?

We do ENS (early neurological stimulation) and ESI (early scent introduction) from days 3-16, sound desensitization, daily body handling exercises, introduction to crates and potty training, as well as safe socialization.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
